Saved filters
Stored filter configurations that can be applied to any view in a project.
A saved filter is a stored configuration of filter criteria that can be applied to any view in a project. Unlike a saved view (which captures the entire view configuration), a saved filter captures just the filter logic and can be applied across multiple views.
What a saved filter captures
A saved filter stores:
- Field-based criteria (status, type, custom field values, tags)
- Boolean logic between criteria (AND, OR, NOT combinations)
- Date-based criteria (see Advanced date queries)
- A name for quick recall
Saved filters do not store view-specific settings like sort order or column configuration. Those belong to Saved views.
How saved filters are used
Users can:
- Apply a saved filter to the current view to narrow down what's displayed
- Combine multiple filters (apply two saved filters to get the intersection)
- Share filters within a team workspace so everyone can use the same filter logic
Saved filters work in both Graph view and List view, as well as Paid-tier views like Timeline view and Calendar view.
Tier availability
Saved filters are part of the core feature set, available on Free, Paid, and Team.
