Calendar view

A calendar-style rendering of project nodes by their due dates or scheduled dates.

The calendar view renders a project's nodes on a traditional calendar grid. Nodes appear on the dates they're due, scheduled, or completed. The calendar view is a Paid feature available on Paid and Team tiers.

What the calendar shows

The calendar displays:

  • Nodes as calendar entries, positioned on the date their due date or scheduled date falls
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly grid layouts depending on the chosen view mode
  • Color coding by node state, type, or other configurable property
  • Recurring nodes as repeating entries (see Recurring nodes)

Nodes without dates do not appear on the calendar. They're only visible in Graph view or List view.

When to use calendar view

The calendar is useful for:

  • Day-by-day planning: seeing what's due today, this week, this month
  • Visualizing workload: spotting heavy days or light periods
  • Coordinating around deadlines: aligning team activity with key dates
  • Personal time management: pairing project work with other calendar-driven obligations

The calendar view is most useful when most nodes have due dates. Projects with mostly date-less nodes are better served by Graph view or Timeline view.

Tier availability

Calendar view is a Paid feature, available on Paid and Team. Free does not include the calendar view.
