Saved views
Stored configurations of view type, filters, and sort settings. Available on every tier with a cap of 2 on Free.
A saved view is a stored combination of view type (graph or list), filters, sort order, and display settings. Saved views let users return to a specific way of looking at a project without reconfiguring it each time.
What a saved view includes
A saved view captures:
- The view type (graph, list, and on Paid tiers also Timeline view or Calendar view)
- The active filters (see Saved filters and Advanced filtering)
- The sort order and any grouping
- The zoom level and focus area for graph views
- The column configuration for list views
Saved views are stored per-project. They don't transfer between projects automatically.
Tier limits
- Free tier supports up to 2 saved views per project
- Paid and Team tiers support unlimited saved views per project
The cap on Free is the only major view-related feature limit between tiers. Most solo users won't need more than 2 saved views per project.
